Back in 2012, his married life was put to the test as he was caught kissing American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr but his wife didn’t give up on him.
But, 37-year-old Jason troubles with his spouse Jessica Ussery didn’t stop there, as they filed a divorce in May 2013. Reports claimed that people have been spotting Jason Aldean with Kerr, ever since.
TMZ reported that the two are officially a couple. The website got some pictures to prove their report. Kerr was seen in the crowd during his performance in Austin, Texas on January 10 but no one knows how long their relationship has been going.
It can be remembered that Jason makes it to the headlines in a negative way when pictures of him kissing Kerr made its way on the net in 2012.
In one of the pictures, he appeared to be all over the cheerleader. He got his arms around the waist while snuggling her neck at a local Hollywood bar.
As if that was not enough, Aldean was also seen leaning in for a kiss with the pretty blonde while Kerr placed her hands on his shoulders and kisses him too.
There was a point where Aldean placed his hand over Kerr's and the pair looks at each other’s eyes.
After that, he confesses his infidelity on Twitter.
And he insisted that their story has ended.
Brittany, for her part, didn’t appear on her evening's events, claiming she was misjudged by people.
Aldean added that despite the incident getting into the eyes of the media. It didn’t hurt his married life at all.
In an interview with CMT News, he said: 'I think it's been a tough deal. But I kind of said what I needed to say to them [my fans] and, hopefully, they understand that. And the rest of it will be us dealing with it in private and trying to fix it.
Aldean later admitted that he got embarrassed by the scandal.
'I think when it comes to all the things that have been going on lately, I mean, it's just been a tough situation,' he said.
'I know everybody's kinda going to have their opinion, and for the people that know me and know what I'm about ... the people that are standing by us and supporting us, all I've got to say to them is thanks. I mean, I really appreciate it, and it's just been a really unfortunate thing.
But, their story soon flourished once again after Jason filed a divorce with his wife in May.
