X Factor victor Matt Cardle has shine brightly on the new X Factor musical I Can't Sing. Recently, the X Factor winner was spotted with a black eye when he was at the West End show's press launch in central London on Wednesday.
Reunited with his peers from the ITV talent series, wherein he was the victor and was guided by his mentor Dannii Minogue in 2010. CArdle even makes a joke about why he have a black eye.
In an interview with MailOnline, he said: 'It looks like I've had a fight but actually I had a cushion thrown and me at the weekend and the zip hit my eye,'
Cardle dedicats his whole life music, On April he is going to have a month long UK tour and the new single ‘Hit My Heart’, which is set to be released on April 6th. 'That whole James thing was silly and I've got over it. I don't hold grudges and I hope he's cool,' he added.
Fortunately, Arthur wasn’t there present at the show's Palladium launch - but music mogul Simon Cowell was, complete with girlfriend Lauren Silverman. Lauren and Simon seen what the viewers are about to see at a preview of the show two weeks ago, but came back with the audience again on Wednesday for the official opening.
The musical is all about a girl called Chenice, who wasn’t aware of the talent show, but later finds herself taking part of the audition for the show.
For Simon Cowell persona, it was former EastEnders actor Nigel Harman that acts in place of the real one.
Simon and his girlfriend are spending some time in the UK since early March right after the birth of little Eric in New York last month. Simon has been been busy since not only that he introduced Eric to his mother, Julie, but also was also making plans for the new series of plans for the new series of the X Factor, after he quits the US version for a return to the UK show.
Fortunately, there is Cheryl Cole to back him up on the new series of the UK version. A fourth panelist is yet to be announced, but fans of Danni Minogue are all hoping that she will be back, since she was named as the show's most popular judge.
Other stars that were present at the launch were Louis Walsh, Sinitta, Harry Hill, Amanda Holden, Gemma Arterton, Brokedown Palace actress Kate Beckinsale and Caroline Flack.
