Aaron Brown was born in the year 1948 and is a journalist. He is mostly recognized for his brave covering of the September 11 attack on the year 2001. He was a reporter for ABC before he moved to CNN on the year 2001. In fact, the September 11 attack was his first story the first day he moved to
CNN.

Earlier career
Aaron Brown dropped out of university of Minnesota where he was undertaking political major. After dropping out, he took a job as the Coast Guard. He would later on begin broadcasting in a radio station in Minneapolis and move to Los Angeles later on. Aaron Brown later worked with KING-TV where he anchored for ten years before moving to KIRO-TV.
Career at ABC
Aaron Brown was taken to New York where he founded his famous program the World News Now. At the same time he worked as a reporter for the ABC network and was very good at it too. He left his program and started with World News Tonight where he anchored the show alongside Peter Jennings. He also anchored Nightline alongside many other shows.
Career at CNN
Though he joined CNN on the 1st of June 2001, his first assignment was the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center. For this, he received recognition all over the world. He reported the news from the top of a roof in Manhattan. From there, he covered the proceedings and did it in a very informative way too. The covering won him awards and gave him a name in the CNN network.
