Former “America’s next Top Model,” Analeigh Tipton landed a role on the latest movie Crazy Little Thing Called Love.
She is not like other beauties, who uses modeling to land a gig at the showbiz world. She is the other way around.
Before she got into “America’s next Top Model”, she had been already into acting and writing.
Tipton was able to make it into the top 3 of the reality TV model search. America’s Next Top Model chooses Brittany Sullivan as their winner and Samantha Potter as a runner up. The show runs from September 3, 2008 to November 19, 2008 that got covered by “The CW Television Network.”
She worked with some of the famous actors and actress in the film “Crazy Thing Called Love.” Stars that have pure talent: Julianne Moore, Emma Stone, Marisa Tomei, Steve Carell, Ryan Gosling and Kevin Bacon.
In the movie, Tipton plays the role of a teenage baby sitter who has a crush on the father of the boy she baby sits. The boy has a secrets crush on her. The dad (Steve Carell) got heartbroken because the latter got separated from his wife (Julianne Moore).
Film critic Karen Durbin says Tipton holds her ground even if she got surrounded by top caliber actors and actresses.
Durbin added that although Jessica (Analeigh Tipton) is not the main character, she manages to draw attention to her.
Tipton’s character not only impressed Durbin, but also the veteran commercial director, Tenney Fairchild. Tipton manages to get a role on the forthcoming movie, "Samaritan" by Fairchild. Tipton got the role of Rose, who is the girlfriend of the main character in the story.
According to Fairchild, Tipton is simply graceful.
Tipton’s gracefulness comes from the fact that she was a former ice skater. She was too small that time that everyone thinks that she would remain small throughout her life. However, she suddenly grew taller. She stands 5’9” now.
Now, she has a blossoming career in showbiz. Not only that she is going to appear on the movies, she also lands a job in the TV screen. She is going to appear on one of the episodes of HBO's "Hung."
In her TV appearance, she plays the role of a schizophrenic. Her character steers the career of her boyfriend.
Analeigh’s father, Robin Tipton says that her daughter is conservative. Analeigh has that certain street smart in her that her father never knows where it comes.
