Joey sported blue skinny jeans with a shirt, tie and a light blue blazer.
He paired his attire with tan suede boots and ended up going home with Sam as she later tweeted a photo of them together.
They were not the only couple who went home together as the new couple Lydia Bright and Tom Kilbey also left the party together.
