Caroline Flack and Harry Styles got separated as both couples appear in the ITV reality show, The X Factor.. The bosses feared that their relationship might cause some backlash in the reality show.
Xtra Factor host Flack, 32, and 17-year-old One Direction got involved in a controversy when the two got talking and starts dating each other. X Factor bosses got concerned that their 'causing mischief' would lead to more comments.
A source from the website, Sunday People says Caroline and Harry are in the primary stages of a romance and does not know how to keep their hands off from each other. The two want to spend as much time as possible together and believed that being in the same TV studios on Saturday night would be an enjoyable way to see one another.
However, the bosses took them both aside and advised them to stay away from each other. While they have no problem with Caroline's relationship with an ex-contestant, they fear the backlash; arising from the relationship with current contestant might cause some trouble for the show, once people see the two in a deep romance backstage.
The other insider claims that the Sunday Mirror believes that Caroline, and Harry are terribly mischievous when they are together, and the bosses must make sure things remained professional between the two.
Harry was on one side of the building, and Caroline is on the other side.'
While guest performers usually emerge on The Xtra Factor right after their performance on the main show, One Direction was perceptibly absent from the spin-off following the collaboration with JLS on The X Factor.
Caroline got forced to introduce JLS as her 'favorite boy band' awhile welcoming them to the sofa for a post-performance chat.
However, while X Factor bosses are apparently keened in keeping Caroline and Harry apart on the ITV programme, the pair's romance is going from strength to strength no matter what.
An anonymous report claimed that the pair got their first public date together on Friday night right after a series of sleepovers, attending Coldplay's concert together at London's O2 Arena.
The date happened after just days after Caroline defended her relationship with Harry in a magazine interview.
The 32 year old woman said that she does not she have something to worry about since they are not doing anything wrong.
She told the Now magazine that the 5 years gap between her and her boy toy has nothing to do with their relationship. They are not doing anything wrong.
