A restaurant owner claims his business partners stole her business. The business partners were both a reality star. The first one comes from “Big Brother, and the second star is from “VH1”.
Shereene Arazm says she got robbed out of her business by ex-Big Brother Winner Mike Malin and his business partner, VH1 reality star Lonnie Moore. The two has withdrawn money from the business so that they could support their party lifestyle. Mike Malin is the Big Brother: All Stars winner, shown by CBS network.
In the lawsuit that Arazm files in court, she tells that Malin and Moore used the money that comes from the restaurant for gambling, apparently loosing hundreds of thousand dollars to their vice. The two used the money to pay for sex and travelled the world with the stolen money from the restaurant group of companies.
Malin also used the company’s resources to have sex with older men, for which Malin plays as the petite girl.
However, Malin already launched his own version of the story last Tuesday. He claims that Arazm and her lawyer, Marty Singer was trying to harass him through extortion.
Just before Arazm files the lawsuit, Malin already obtain a draft of the lawsuit provided by Singer. Malin claims that Singer told him to pay up quickly or else the lawsuit are going to the judge and his dirty side would be exposed.
Malin says that Singer and Arazm are doing civil extortion on him. Malin added that Arazm and his lawyer paid someone to hack his email, also taps his phone line.
Both people try to point the other as the culprit and make millions of dollars in the process.
In an interview by the website TMZ to Singer, Singer says that Malin is just preempting the lawsuit as the former Big Brother winner and his business associate knows what is coming in for them. The claims are full of fake statements. They believed that the judges are going to dismiss the complaint.
In a statement, that Moore released he say he does not care how many celebrities are going to be represented by the same lawyer. He does not care if people refer to him as pit bull. It does not mean that they got the right to lie, threaten, blackmail and extort someone.
Moore believes in the legal system, and he knows that the truth will set them free. He is going to look forward when Singer and his client gets exposed for what they truly are.
Malin said that, in response to Azrazm accusation that he is a washed out star, everyone could see that he is successful in his current endeavor. The best proof that he could give out is his newest reality show, 'Famous Food'.
