With just a few weeks to spare before going to Marbella, Spain on a holiday trip, Frankie Essex is desperate in getting herself a body that she could proudly show off at beaches.
The TOWIE star even enlisted an MMA fighter to help her loose those pounds off. Tony Giles is not just a mere MMA fighter since he is the current champion of the UK1 British and WSO K1 World Champion. He also appeared on another reality TV show where he joined her wife.
The ITV2 reality star is desperate to lose that flab as she wants to get a DVD deal.
Frankie had chosen Tony because she knew that Tony Giles is one of the hard working guys in the gym. Tony spends around five hours a day, whenever he is training for a fight. Frankie believes that the MMA fighter can help her achieve her goal.
While exercising, Frankie grabs her belly as she did not even try to hide her belly in public.
From the looks of it, she does not care if people her sweaty and working outside in the cold and windy weather while sporting a pink crop top and tiny blue shorts.
To begin the exercise program, Tony put Frankie through her paces by warming her first up with some gentle exercises, which include star jumps and squats.
After the jumps and squats, Tony put on some pads and let the blonde threw some punches at him.
It is obvious that Frankie was trying hard in pushing herself to the limit since she can be compared to weather presenter Clare Nasir who famously worked out in a skimpy two-piece prior to landing her own exercise DVD deal.
The Essex girls had clear evident of cellulites on her legs while jumping around on the grass, and her stomach hung slightly over the top of her shorts.
There was a point where Tony pointed out her overhang as she attempted to tie up her very tight fitting shorts.
Tony becomes famous because of the Channel 4 reality show.
Tony's wife is Daniele Mason, who is the sister of Jessie Wallace.
Even when the workout is over, Tony’s influence has affected Frankie as the latter continued with her healthy lifestyle.
She said on Twitter: 'Had a busy morning can't believe its nearly 6pm :) cooking me and daddy a healthy dinner tonight #homecookedmealsarebest xXx.'
Despite putting herself through hard work, Frankie never gave up her partying lifestyle as she was seen in a nightclub, in Essex, late last night.
