Nicole Scherzinger flew all the way from Los Angeles and expecting to get wowed by the vast talent from the Newcastle auditions.
But it seems that she was expecting a lot since she was unimpressed with the talents, which performed at the Newcastle audition.
Nicole then added that she got disappointed after watching a series of talent performing in front of her, saying: 'I came from Los Angeles for this... I expected more from Newcastle. TFZ, it's a Talent-Free Zone.'
But later on that day, contestant James Arthur proved her wrong as she wowed the judges with his acoustic rendition of Tulisa's Young.
Among all the contestants, teenager Sophie Stokle proves to be the biggest disappointment of the night.
Before singing her song, she promised big things, but when she finished the song, the judges’ faces seemed to be relief.
Gary said: 'I want to be encouraging, but it was vocally really, really bad.'
Scherzinger swiped: 'You have power and projection; unfortunately we were missing the pitch and the tone... You need all of those things.'
As Sophie walked off stage to a gobsmacked mum, Tulisa commented: 'Where are the parents? If that was my child, I'd tell her: "Stop it!"'
As if that is not enough, later on the show, they were treated to Haus of Dannii, who came dressed as a tiger and screamed into the microphone, to which Nicole said: 'You obviously have your own vision in your head.'
While Billy Moore admitted himself, that he didn’t make justice for the track hit Don't Stop Believin'.
After his performance, he blasted himself, saying: 'Sorry I'm absolutely murdering it... this was a bad idea.'
Barlow then commented: 'I agree'.
Although, his singing was bad, he still manages to entertain people when he found the funny side and commented: 'Exactly, you can sing it better than me!'
Essex star Rylan finally proves that Newcastle wasn’t ‘talent free zone’.
During his Vt, he got featured preening himself with an assistant giving him a fake tan, waxing and tweezing his hair and perfecting his long, bleached locks.
And his performance caused just as much drama as he sang a dance song, right after bragging that Gary Barlow's parents watched to see his Take That tribute act in Ibiza.
Gary didn’t take boasting too well and said: 'Love your personality and hate your voice, really strange song choice.'
But the singer felt outraged when the other three judges, who includes guest panellist Rita Ora, decided to put him through the next stage of the ITV talent show.
