Earlier the Channel 5 reality show housemates got divided into two groups and given a task to perform as a band.
Paddy, Darryn, Bobby, and John formed a boy band, while the remaining housemates formed a girl band.
Big Brother allows the bands to rehearse so that they could give an all out performance on their song number. The song is going to be watch live on the Big Brother website. The video that gets the most hits is going to be declared as the winner and is going to get a surprise gift from Big Brother.
Darryn tried to talk things with his bandmates. John acted as the leader of the group since he is the only one, who has performed before on the group.
Darryn got a problem remembering some of the lyrics that they are going to sing. He asked John to help him out and then get a cigarette to relax.
After they finishing the task for the day, the band members went into the diary room one by one.
Darryn claimed that he does not have a good voice like Gary Barlow, but he knew that he has given his best for the video. He added that he had some helped with John, whom he considered as a talented kid. John’s move can put into shame the rest of his band mates. They might not be that professional, but they made it up with enthusiasms.
Paddy said that he could not sing as he can not help to laugh at Darryn during the performance.
John said that he thinks that he could do better without the rest of the band mates. This might have been the reason why Robbie Williams goes solo. However, he does not the other bandmates to learn about his feelings towards them.
The girl band sang a song from the group, All Saints. Since Kerry has the most experience and knowledge about working in a band, she became the immediate leader.
Amy Childs said that she sings terribly. She added that their group got a better chance of being in the top spot than the boy band.
Kerry admitted that she was happy that they got that task since she had the chance of relieving her former life as an Atomic Kitten member.
Edward said that his inner Britney Spears and Shakira had taken control of him, the moment that they were performing.
Lucien concluded that he felt very much like a woman. He is very elegant and ladylike during that time.
