It can be remembered that that TOWIE star James Argent was so fat last month that he could not even run down to the end of his road.
However, things are different right now since Arg had completed the 32nd London Marathon.
The ITV2 reality finished the race with a time of 06:01:01 and by 5pm, had raised £3308 for Cancer Research.
At the end of the race, James tweeted that he lost a lot since starting with his exercise program six weeks ago.
He was not alone as he was joined by co-stars Cara Kilbey and Billi Mucklow on the London marathon. The respective stars finished with times of 05:47:45 and 06:02:37.
At the start of the race, Arg wore a large yellow cardboard arrow on his head with his name painted on in black, Arg set off with the 37,500 athletes from Blackheath Common.
He seemed to be happy as he laugh and joke along with other runners.
However, when the race begins, he can not laugh as he had a hard time keeping up with the rest of the participants in the race.
Eventually, he eventually took his headpiece off when he began sweating profusely and ended up walking the last few miles of the race.
After the race is over, he got some helped from participants to get to a cart and driven to where his car was parked.
Afterwards, he tweeted a photo of himself smiling. He then added that his training only started last month.
Reports claimed that James got some warning from health experts that he must ditch his unhealthy eating habit so that he would not have a hard time during the race.
Arg travelled to boot camp in Marbella with co-stars Gemma Collins and Joey Essex so that they could get a bit of training in, and was seen running with his friend in the latest episode of TOWIE.
He lost around three stone during the boot camp.
Arg claimed that part of his makeover has something to do with the fact that he recently broke up with his girlfriend, Lydia Bright. Reports claimed that Arg's ex-fiancee broke up with him because he is too lazy and also cheating on Lydia.
James also unveiled that Joey Barton also becomes instrumental for him to lost weight. Joey makes fun of him on Twitter. James takes the criticism to improve himself.
He admitted he was 'embarrassed' by the QPR captain’s slurs.
At the end of the revelation, he noted that he is better looking than Joey now.
