Joey Essex got a reputation for having quirky fashion choices.
And last night Joey Essex’ girlfriend Sam Faiers followed his fashion choice.
The pair wore the matching as they left Sam's mother's home at 11pm on Thursday night.
Sam was dressed down in a pair of light blue jeans, a cream coloured sheer shirt with a playing card patten and flat sandals. Sam was undoubtedly happy as she went to Joey's car.
Joey in the meantime complimented Sam's simple look with similar colour jeans and a white T-shirt.
Though, the sun was not shining, the couple wore matching sunglasses as they left the house.
Joey, who forgot to wear his patented watch this time, was seen wearing a shade while driving.
The ITV2 reality stars, who lives in Essex, had been to Sam's mum, Sue Well's house for a bit of home cooking.
After enjoying a meal, Sam tweeted: 'Mmm dinner at mums is the best !'
It seems that the pair may have been offering Sue a spot of moral support.
Her husband David Chatwood, 58, is currently standing trial for his involvement in the heist of two gold bars.
Chatwood, who shares the home with her in Brentwood, admitted taking part in the conspiracy, together with five others.
Both Sam and Billie Faiers were called in to testify as witnesses.
Earlier that morning Sam's boyfriend Joey took to Twitter to convey his concern at spending the whole day with her.
He wrote: 'Morning all ! Me and @SamanthaFaiers are fighting a little bit this morning! Deciding if we should hang about with each other today... Hmmm'
But later that day, Joey made a decision. Everyone assumed that the couple had kissed and made up.
He added: 'Me and Sam have decided to hang about with each other today. My gal-friend but also my best friend x'
Joey was not the only one who was excited that day as Sam also tweeted about the day ahead, she tweeted: 'Going shopping with Joey 2day, this should be fun last time I done this I spent 4 hours in 1 shop ! ...'
Perhaps to clear up some confusions on who was waiting for who, she added: 'Lol no I had 2 wait for Joey for 4 hours, not the other way round lol !! X'
Their date was a success because they seemed to be happy and as close as ever as they went home.
