Yesterday, Lauren Goodger was spotted out and about in Essex. Her friends told a magazine she wasn’t happy about regaining back 8lbs.
The TOWIE star sported a leopard print maxi dress while taking a trip to her own salon for a stint in the chair with the rollers, which gives her hair its trademark volume for a glam daytime look.
According to Closer magazine, the ITV reality show star was planning to return to the drastic meal replacement shakes of the Cambridge diet so that she could get rid of the unwanted pounds off all over her body.
The source said: 'She's a size 12 now and says she's gained 8lbs, taking her to around 10st 10lbs - away from her target of a size 8.
'She said she's been trying to ignore it because she hates dieting, but she can now feel it going back on to her thighs and tummy.'
The sources added that Lauren was apparently flinging with TOWIE co-star Tom Pearce. Lauren told her friends that she hopes to burn the calories in the bedroom.
A friend told Closer: 'She hopes this latest flirtation will give her the motivation to get back on the Cambridge diet.'
However, the relationship has is setbacks as viewers saw Lauren get into an argument with friend Lauren Pope, 30, over Goodger's earlier kiss with Tom.
Pope told her friend Chloe Sims that she was not bothered about the two getting together as she wasn't 'even that interested in him anyway,' but when Goodger started talking, the tension rises.
'I'm cool with the Tom situation,' Pope told her, but then added: 'things have got awkward.'
'I look back, and I think we were really close, and now things are like this,' Goodger replied. 'I don't want that.'
However, Pope then decided to talk about the rip between Goodger and her in the past. Goodger denied that she told Chloe some nasty things about Pope. Pope then called Chloe so that she could prove her story right.
'I don't really want to get involved, but you did say that a long time ago,' Chloe explained. 'But since then we've got really friendly so I have told her.'
Goodger didn’t admit anything and said: 'You're saying it's awkward, but it's because you've said those things.'
'I've had enough s**t in my life, and I just came over to give u a heads up, but it's fine,' Goodger said before storming off.
'Well it's not fine because now it's even more awkward,' Pope replied, before the camera cut to Goodger crying and asking Tom if they could leave the party.
