Natalie Lowe is one of the stars that can be seen dancing in the ABC’s reality show for the stars.
Lowe likes exercising, and today, she showed off the results of all her hard work as she displayed off her stunning figure in a skintight black dress, black tights, and sky-high heels as she goes into the ITV studios.
Natalie’s outfit paired with long earrings, and a large bronze bag as she gets readied for an interview on Daybreak with dance associate Audley Harrison early on their performance on the show this weekend.
Australian Natalie stressed somewhat as she partner’s boxer Harrison, and confessed she got bruises following their few rigorous training sessions.
Harrison discloses that it was his fault that Natalie got bruised. He does not want it to happen, but things like that happen when people are into rigorous training.
However, the pair is still hoping that they could impress the judges with their first Latin dance routine this weekend.
Harrison says that he had shown his personality with the Salsa, but he has a hard time with Waltz.
Natalie and Harrison's emergence on Daybreak comes, as the professional dancer trains for the premiere of her Celebrity Trainer show that is going to see the pretty blonde give fans know how she manages to maintain her toned body.
Exercising with a personal trainer Ricardo Mecado, Natalie can be releasing some of her aggression with boxing. She manages to keep her toned core by hanging in the ceiling and executing stomach crunches while hanging in the ceiling.
Natalie reveals that she likes to eat. If was not for her trainer then she would be fat.
One of her favorite food is Japanese food. Like everyone else, her biggest weakness is cake. Hers come in the form of carrot cake.
She admitted that she never likes going to gym regularly as she does not want to work out in a gym. Ricardo is the sole trainer which makes her keep her toned figure. Without her personal trainer, she could not keep her figure the way it is right now.
In a recent interview, she admitted eating every one and half an hour so that she could keep her energy level up all the time. She exercises a lot to keep her blood pumping.
