Being one of music most powerful men, many would expect that someone belonging to his status would have a great physique.
But this is not true on, based on the way he looked on Wednesday, Simon Cowell appears not taking care of his body.
During the X Factor live show, Simon appeared to have a bloated face, puffy eyes and what looked like a growing double chin, looking almost unrecognizable from his earlier image.
I guess this is because he has a lot to deal with at the moment, after losing a significant amount of viewers throughout this series of the ITV1 talent show, and the pressure seems to be getting to the 53-year-old mogul.
Although the US version of the show is going stronger than ever before, Simon appears to be losing the suave image that he's developed over the past few years.
Though they were rumors that circulated over the past few months that the Syco founder has had a number of cosmetic procedures to help him looking as young as possible, his appearance now during Wednesday's show is puffy and bloated.
The TV mogul’s appearance looked larger than before as he sat alongside his fellow judges on the panel.
Usually he was dressed to impress, now his grey suit looked as it was pulling on him as he made his way on to the stage, which creates an unflattering shape on him.
There was no problem with his hair as it was as immaculate as usual, but, unfortunately, his face looked a lot larger than usual.
Simon hopes that X Factor winner James Arthur can secure the Christmas number one this year, despite the fact that number of falling viewer figures for the UK version of X Factor.
He writes on his Twitter account: 'Looks like James Arthur is going to have a massive hit this week. Congratulations.'
Simon was recently announced to be making a comeback on the seventh series of Britain's Got Talent, along with David Walliams, Alesha Dixon and Amanda Holden.
Rumor has it that X Factor panel is going to change for next year, but he has no plans on changing the current BGT line up.
'I loved doing the show last year, the new panel worked really well, and I'm very happy they have all agreed to come back. Last year was a special year for talent, and I hope that, in 2013, off the back of an amazing year for Britain, we find another global star,' he said.
