Simon Cowell has been open about his regular usage of health and beauty products in his quest to stay as young as ever.
But, on Monday night, he seemed a little fat as he appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
His swollen face on the show has led people to guess that he may have been over doing it with Botox and filler injections.
Simon's red face was noticeably fuller than his last appearances on X Factor USA, as he looked slightly heavier than normal.
Perhaps his weight gain is because of a less than healthy diet but sitting next to a remarkably pristine Britney Spears didn't help matters.
Cowell knows he has piled on the pounds recently and decided to exercise with a little help. He tweeted: 'I now have a trainer three times a week. Feel so much better.'
The X Factor mogul believed to require six-monthly Botox injections, regular colonic irrigation, and intravenous vitamin injections and will only use black toilet paper.
Last weekend, Simon was spotted in LA sooner than the start of the American X Factor again looking rather heavier than usual.
As well as, carrying some extra weight around his stomach, the music mogul also got an ugly double chin.
At an early time, this year, rumors have it that Cowell had a neck lift, which helps to smooth out saggy jowls, after he was spotted driving around LA with a plaster behind his ear.
He also avoided the limelight for the American X Factor auditions.
Instead, he left all the work to the other judges: Demi Lovato, Britney Spears and LA Reid to pose and work the carpet.
Just days ago, Cowell issued a spoof election video that proclaims that he is The X Factor judge ‘America deserves’ and insults his fellow judges’ weaknesses.
A few days ago Mr Cowell had outdone himself with a presidential campaign style video in which it is proclaimed he is what ‘America deserves.’
In true political style, the ad also bashes his fellow judges for perceive their weakness of why they aren’t the top dog in the industry.
The advertisement starts with a clip of his three fellow mentors, with a voiceover that declares 'these judges refuse to remain impartial.'
The deep-voiced narrator then criticizes each member of the panel in turn, starting with Britney Spears.
He says: 'Britney Spears flirts with contestants.'
Afterwards, Britney is then shown as she tells a singer she wishes to be 'wake up in the morning.'
Demi Lovato got criticized for 'crossing physical boundaries' with contestants, with a clip that shows Simon trying to know whether she had kissed a participant.
