After a long period of denial, Snooki finally confirmed that is indeed pregnant with her first child.
The 24-year-old MTV show reality star store admitted to Us Weekly magazine that she and her fiancé Jionni LaVelle are going to have their first baby.
The pint-sized Jersey Shore star is going to pose for the said magazine. The cover will feature her as she hugs her to show off her pregnancy curves in a cute pink dress.
She told that magazine that she got different priorities as of now. She added that she does not care what everybody thinks about her since she knows she is now ready.
Snooki will not be appearing anymore on the reality show, but she will visit the shore.
She then added that she will not be another one of those pregnant girls who are going to live their lives in front of many people.
A spokesman for MTV said that they wished that Nicole would have a happy pregnancy and is congratulating her on her engagement.
Snooki unveiled on the said magazine that she and her boyfriend first found out about the pregnancy just after New Year's Eve.
She got terrified after learning that her drinking habit will cause some abnormalities on her baby.
When she got, asked about her first reaction about the pregnancy. She said that she cried upon finding out that her drinking habit might affect the baby.
The reality TV star also explained her said on why she had kept the secret about her pregnancy.
She noted that she wanted to make sure that the baby is Ok. There are a lot of things that can go wrong, like an unexpected miscarriage. The whole thing was her business, and she is not ready to tell the whole world about the upcoming child.
However, not all who are close to her are happy about the news. Her adoptive father got a hard time accepting it. They do not talk for a week, but her dad came into his senses and accepted the fact that her baby is soon to have her own baby.
Snooki also admitted to the magazine that she and Jionni now engaged, following the time that her boyfriend asked her to marry him.
However, the little star noted that she will not’ be wearing the wedding gown until she looses the baby weight. She wanted to walk down the aisle as sexy as possible.
No one knows what will happen with her career on the new MTV spin-off show, in which she is going to be joined by her Jersey Shore best friend Jenni 'J-Woww' Farley.
