Lots of different TV shows come out every single year, so a lot of producers have a hard task simply creating something that has SOME unique characteristics. What Suits has managed to achieve is something that many other TV shows lack; it is extremely clever, which makes timeless viewing and offers plenty of entertainment. The series started off with a 60 minute episode which means that everyone watching was able to get enough of an overview of the series that they could decide whether to continue watching.
Suits is known for being fairly sophisticated and having an extremely good plot overall. This is also helped along by the fact that it has a great range of story lines, creating an extremely exciting image in a viewers head; not to mention the fact that there are really some great actors in the show. And guess what? This is not another crime scene analyst and investigation series; even more reason to start watching and get involved.
So what really is the new TV series called Suits? Essentially, this is a show and series that is focused around lawyers that are working in New York. The show itself does not focus on the whole industry of lawyers, but instead, focuses its energy on a particular firm that is headed up by Jessica Pearson. What she is trying to do is keep both of her top two lawyers working at their very best. Both Louis Litt and Harvey Spector have the potential, it is just a case of whether or not they can really keep their jobs in the long term!
One thing to expect when watching Suits is that this is not the average “drivel” that the majority of producers are now trying to air. Instead, this show is extremely complex and the dialogue is extremely fast paced, snappy and clever, bringing a smile to every viewers face. The directors Kevin Bray and John Scott have done an excellent job overall in picking the cast and making sure that they are working on the parts of the show where they can really show off their assets in terms of acting, but also in terms of moulding the show into what it will be in the future; one of the most popular TV series.
Overall, suits is worth at least 8 out of 10, simply because it is far superior in comparison to many of the other new TV series and shows that have been released over the last few months.
