Team Phoenix won on two consecutive weeks, but this week is different since it was team Sterling that got the win on The Apprentice.
Both teams were given a task to create a new condiment that will be a hit to the public.
Team Phoenix manages to sold 305 bottles making a profit of £585.56, Sterling outdid them since they sold 607 bottles of table sauce with a profit of £1028.68.
However, the girls’ team did not accomplish that on their own since they got some help from two boys, Duane and Nick. The two got moved to the other team so that it even out the competition.
The same thing happened to Katie and Jane who were pushed onto the boys’ team. Phoenix immediately nominated Jane as their project manager.
Since both teams acknowledging their project managers, Lord Sugar moved on quickly to the two products that they made and the process involved.
After Katie explaining the condiment that they created to Lord Sugar, Adam got on the wrong side because he is too arrogant.
Lord Sugar got shocked that the team concentrated the pitch that he had a group with the high class delicatessen without any product for the buyers that they could taste, which leaves Sterling with embarrassed faces all round.
As a reward for winning the challenge, they got their chance to drive race cars at Silverstone, while the losers went back to the cafe.
Ricky boasted that he is the reason why the team won in the first place.
When they got in the boardroom, Ricky claimed that they were not able to produce enough products. This is the reason why they did not sell enough to get the right profit.
Lord Sugar acknowledges the problem and said that it is clear that something went wrong in the production part.
However, project manager Katie admitted that this is not the sole reason for them to lose since they did not sell all the products that they created.
Katie pointed at Michael when they got ask on who should be on their way home. Ricky accompanied Michael as he goes inside the boardroom.
Following the time that Lord Sugar takes his time in talking with Nick and Karren, the three candidates go back to the boardroom and Ricky is quick in defending his role in charge of production.
Michael claimed that he was not the man for the job as he was not built for that position, but Lord Sugar says he does not care about their past accomplishments. All he needs is results.
At the end of the show, Michael got fired because he did not do his job properly.
