The Teen Mom star was spotted as she strolled around New York on Tuesday, happily displaying her new nose and chin.
The 21-year-old set emphasizes her post-surgery looks with a pair of tight fitting jeans, black boots and a red scarf for her winter walk.
The wannabe model smiled and laughed while heading out for lunch in the city.
Back in October, the 21-year-old had a rhinoplasty and a chin implant, which she had in Miami.
'I've always hated my nose since I was 13,' the reality star told InTouch, adding that her big bigger chin 'balance the alignment' of her face.
Farrah previously overdid her breast augmentation as her size went from an A to a C-cup to 'boost her confidence' in 2010.
Reports claimed that she had spent $21,000 on surgery - $16,000 on her face and $5,000 on her breasts.
And the reality show star wasn’t concerned about the reaction of her three year-old daughter Sophia's reaction to her new face.
'I've told her that mommy wants to be a beautiful butterfly,' she said, insisting that she is now done with surgery.
Farrah has released On My Own and Finally Getting Up From Rock Bottom - as well as a memoir; My Teenage Dream Ended, which reached the New York Times bestseller list.
On top of that, she also released a recently written children's book entitled Passy Perfume. The book is about a little girl’s journey to give up her pacifier with the promise of perfume when she kicks her dummy to the curb.
The book that got released on Tuesday December 11 was another new project for Farrah after moving to Los Angeles to further her dreams of stardom.
Currently, she is finalizing with MTV for her own spin-off show, explaining that: 'It's going be about me and my life.'
As narrated on MTV reality shows 16 & Pregnant and Teen Mom, things haven't always been easy for Farrah.
There was the tragedy which left her a single parent three years ago just two months before she gave birth to their daughter. Her former boyfriend Derek Underwood got killed in a car accident.
Teen Mom was there to document her life struggles in coping with Underwood's death and life as a single parent.
She is also got into a dispute with Underwood's mother Stormie Clark, who launched legal action in a bid have more access to her granddaughter.
