The launched of Big Brother 2011 campaign filled with past housemates. Big Brother is shown on Veronica TV Channel.
The new season got a new host in the name of Brian Dowling. However, none of the contestants' name unveiled in the advert. There are no clues included in the advert.
The 60 minute promotion begins with season six's Makosi Musambasi talking to Big Brother while wearing a yellow dress.
Last year’s winner, Anthony Hutton then mimes the song “When Love Takes Over” by Kelly Rowland.
Brian Dowling, Brian Belo and Josie Gibson appear and walk to the streets.
The twin Amanda and Sam join them on the street. The two models from the Big Brother house Michelle Bass and Saskia Howard-Clarke appear. Soon the streets now filled with lots of people all marching together, accompanied on the street by former Big Brother Housemates such as H from Steps, John McCirick, series one winner Craig Phillips, and twice becomes a contestant Nikki Grahame for the show and Nick Bateman, known for being nasty. Joining them also is a group of cheerleaders, who appears to be having fun as they are walking.
Katie Price’s former boyfriend holds the hand of another former Big Brother housemate. Alex Reid and Chantelle Houghton hold hand as they walk in the streets and join the people as they march. Both of them won in the Big Brother contest – Alex won back in 2010 while Chantelle won in 2006.
Soon the street filled with people marching as though they were protesting something since some of them are even holding placards as they march.
One of the placards has a sign of “Big Brother Takes Over”.
At the end of the ad, the broadcaster Marcus Bentley, who also narrated the ad, can be seen saying that the show is back.
Prior to the released of the video, Marcus Bentle tweeted it all on his Twitter account.
Emma Willis and Brian Dowling also tweeted about the advert on their Twitter account.
The video comes, following the release of Channel 5 three teasers for the new series.
The initial preview showcases the all new blue and pink eye logo, with tag lines such as “Biggest names, biggest house, biggest brother.”
The trailers confirm the return of the show’s theme song, created by both DJs Paul Oakenfold and Andy Gray.
Rumors have it that The Only Way Is Essex star Amy Childs is going to appear in the Big Brother House. However, Child's bosses told her that they do not want their star appearing on another reality show. She quits TOWIE afterwards.
