Jay Leno will be hosting The Tonight Show again. If you would like to watch all the episodes forget about it! The Tonight Show has aired over 10,000 episodes and each week 7 are added to that number.
The Tonight Show has set the expectations for all other late night shows; in house music bands, featured guests, live audiences, and digital shorts were all first seen on The Tonight Show and almost everybody that has come after them has copied all of these things. One of the main things people watch this show for is the gag and skit segments that appear throughout this show, most of times these are the funniest segments of the show and can only be topped by a rear guest appearance.
For some reason
NBC decided that they were tired of making money, so they kicked
Jay Leno off The Tonight Show and replaced him with
Conan O'Brien. After they did this the ratings of both The Tonight Show and
Jay Leno's new show were dropping fast, so
NBC announced that as of March 1st
Jay Leno will be back. No right thinking network is going to kick off their host of 18 years just because they can, it is not like
Jay Leno asked them to leave,
NBC basically said to him "you're going off, but we will not let you out of your contract". At least they have the sense to put
Jay Leno back on The Tonight Show, some of the things
NBC does makes me wonder; who is running the shows?
The Tonight Show is a pretty good show; with his influence
Jay Leno has been able to bring some of the most famous people in America on his show; people that have refused to appear on any other television show. So if you are looking for a late night show to watch; check out The Tonight Show, this is one of the longest running shows of its kind and for good reason too. You really can't go wrong with
