The pair has been friends for a long time, and Tulisa takes her personal assistant almost everywhere she goes.
Gareth has been living the high life in the States because he got a famous boss, is bringing him all along wherever she goes.
Earlier this month, the personal assistant, boasted about all the parties he had attended courtesy of the singer.
He said that he is about to go to another Grammy party.
