X Factor reject Zoe Alexander told the other day revealed how she landed herself in a cell. This happened after she was “set up” on X Factor.
Zoe got arrested and detained for three hours because of attacking a female TV producer of the ITV talent show after the audition.
She got invited by three cops to the police station, where she got questioned.
Before she got out of the cell, she got her finger print and DNA sample taken.
The X Factor reject admitted that she flipped when the judges told her that she was just average.
Her initial reaction was to throw the mic down and called them “a bunch of c****” before lashing out at a producer.
Zoe claimed: “I don’t really remember what happened, but I gave her a push – not a punch as some said.
“It was caught on CCTV and was caused by frustration. I shouldn’t have done it.
"I made an immediate public apology to the woman, the judges and most of all the audience for my bad language because I don’t swear normally.
The next day police came knocking at her door. They took her to the station for questioning where she got detained for three hours.
"But they were really nice and didn’t handcuff me – and I was only in a cell for a few minutes.”
Luckily, for her that the police think that her reaction was just normal as she got pushed to her limit. The authorities let her loose after accepting a warning caution.
"They had six statements from X Factor staff, including security officers.
“They said it was not worth their time to investigate further and asked me to accept a caution which I have done.”
Zoe had already performed all over Europe as a Pink tribute act. She claimed that the producer urged her to appear on the show as Pink tribute act.
Zoe continued: “When the judges rejected me I realised I had been manipulated by the X Factor for the previous six weeks.
“They lured me in, coaxed me and even chose my song all with the intention of setting me up for a fall.
“I am really shocked at the lengths they will go to set people up for humiliation.
When Gary told her that she was nothing but a Pink tribute, she got shocked since the producer asked her to do just that.
